Our CHS seniors have already been hard at work preparing for their post-graduation goals! To support their ongoing efforts, two representatives from the Clifton Education Foundation (CEF) recently visited campus to talk with seniors about 2027 scholarship deadlines, requirements, and application tips. 🌟

Together with our CHS Counselor, they encouraged students to keep up the momentum by building resumes and requesting recommendation letters. CEF members will also return early next semester for hands-on application workshops right here on campus! 📝✨

Five Clifton High School Students Earn National College Board Honors

At the October CISD Board of Trustees meeting, Clifton High School proudly recognized five outstanding students for earning national academic distinctions through the College Board National Recognition Program. These honors celebrate students who have demonstrated exceptional classroom performance by maintaining strong cumulative GPAs while excelling on AP® Exams and/or PSAT-related assessments taken during the past school year. Earning these distinctions connects our students with high-achieving peers nationwide across three national award categories.

Cyberbullying: Support, Save, Report

StopBullying.gov recommends supporting children, documenting harmful behavior, reporting it, and blocking abusive accounts. StopBullying.gov
🤝 Our Cubs should never face online bullying alone.

Cyberbullying can happen in texts, group chats, games, and social media. Help your child know what to do:
• Stop responding. Don’t argue or retaliate.
• Save evidence of hurtful messages, including usernames and dates.
• Report the behavior through the app or game, then block the account.
• Tell a trusted adult. Contact your child’s school when students are involved or school life is affected.
• Support the person being targeted without forwarding the hurtful content.

#TeamCISD remembers and honors this Patriot Day.

Twenty-five years ago, our nation was forever changed. Each September 11, our country observes Patriot Day, a national day of remembrance honoring the nearly 3,000 lives lost in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and recognizing the courage and sacrifice of first responders and all those who answered the call to serve.

Today, Clifton ISD joins communities across our nation in remembering those we lost, honoring those who served and reflecting on the courage, service and compassion shown in the days that followed.

As we teach the next generation the significance of September 11, may we continue to honor its legacy by caring for one another, serving others and remembering the importance of being great together.
