The #TeamCHS agriculture department will hold its annual spring plant sale Friday, April 25th and Saturday, April 26th.
💙💛#TeamCHS FFA members competed in the Area Career Development events at Tarleton State University on 4/9. The Wool Judging team consisting of Aubrey King, Brenna Bertlesen, Jackson Crow & Brayden Stone placed 3rd and will be advancing to the state contest at Texas Tech on May 3rd. The Nursery/Landscape team consisting of Marly Villarreal, Emory Slater, Karsyn Webber & Piper Bennette placed 4th and will be advancing to state contest at Sam Houston on April 25th. Please join us in congratulating these teams and all of our CDE contestants for their hardwork this year!
💛💐💙Four #TeamCHS Students competed in their first Floral Cup contest at Detroit High School. Will Goolsby, Cortney Baccus, Piper Bennette, & Marly Villarreal had to come up with a floral arrangement on the spot with random flowers given to them at the contest. Marly Villarreal placed 3rd overall out of over 50 contestants.
