NEXT WEEK AT CMS
Parents/Guardians-
This is it- the last week of school. Everyone is invited to our NJHS/Awards program on Monday. We encourage you to come and take pictures to capture these memories. Please make sure your student has their Chromebook, mouse, charger, and bag/strap to turn in on Tuesday. We will also have our 8th grade banquet on Tuesday evening.
STAAR INFORMATION/Summer School
Students are required to have accelerated instruction if they do not reach the “approaches level” on each STAAR test (HB 4545). In addition to this, 8th grade parents are required to be part of an (AIC) Accelerated Instructional Committee to determine the required instruction (summer school/lab classes) that are needed to meet these academic deficits. Our summer school will run from May 31th thru June 23rd in one week (4 day) cycles.
CMS Administration will be contacting parents the week of May 23rd to schedule AIC Meetings and summer school dates/times.

CISD School Board Meeting at 6:00 pm in the PAC
Tuesday, May 17th
Chromebook Turn In- CB, charger, mouse, bag/strap
8th Grade Banquet 6:00 pm at Market at the Mill
Thursday, May 19th
Last Day- Early Release 1:00 pm
Friday, May 20th
Clifton High School Graduation at 8:00 pm at Cub Stadium
