Access Scores Through ASCENDER Parent Portal
Families may access results through the Clifton ISD ASCENDER Parent Portal:
https://portals12.ascendertx.com/ParentPortal/login?distid=018901
After logging in, families should select their student and look for the Texas Assessment button under Published Grades. This link will open the Texas Assessment Family Portal, where families can review available state assessment results.

Access Scores Through the Texas Assessment Family Portal
Families may also access results directly by visiting TexasAssessment.gov.
To log in directly, families will need:
The student's unique access code or PEIMS ID/TSDS ID
The student's date of birth
The student's legal first name
The student access code remains the same from year to year. Families who do not know their student's access code may contact Clifton Middle School for assistance.
What Families Can View in the Family Portal
For the spring 2026 STAAR administration, families can view more than an overall score. The Texas Assessment Family Portal allows families to see each released test question, the correct answer, a rationale explaining the correct answer and their child's answer.
The Family Portal also includes information to help identify a student's academic strengths as well as areas where additional support may be needed. Families can access learning resources designed to support practice at home and help students focus on the skills where they may need the most support.
Why Reviewing STAAR Results Matters
STAAR results help families better understand student progress on grade-level and course-level standards. These results can help guide academic planning, intervention decisions and preparation for the next school year.
Clifton Middle School encourages families to review their student's assessment results and contact the campus with any questions as we continue partnering to support academic growth and student success.
