Here are a few important dates as we get closer to the start of the 25-26 Athletic Season...

-Thursday July 31st-Athletics Parent Meeting for any incoming 7-12 grade male or female athlete 6:00pm in HS cafeteria.
-Friday August 1st-First Day of HS Volleyball Practice
-Monday August 4th-First Day of HS Football and XC Practice
-Saturday August 9th-2nd Annual Meet the Cubs hosted by the CABC 5:00 in HS Gym.
-Please continue to upload or bring physicals and UIL paperwork. These must be completed before practice begins.

Clifton Cubs Baseball Camps Info. You may return forms by email, bring to Speed and Power camp, or bring to the High School Field House Monday-Thursday between 8:00-3:00.

Reminder…Summer workouts start tomorrow! HS skill 8:00-9:00 HS/MS strength and conditioning 9:00-10:30 MS skill 10:30-11:00 Boys skill training will be at the football field Girls skill training g will be in the HS gym All strength and conditioning will be at the HS weight room. See you in the morning!

In order to participate in UIL activities for the 2025-2026 school year, all student athletes must 1.) Complete the online paperwork through Rank One (link below) https://cliftonisd.rankonesport.com/New/NewInstructionsPage.aspx 2.) All 7th, 9th, and 11th graders must complete the medical history and have an updated physical on the attached form and return to the coaching staff. All 8th, 10th, and 12th graders must complete the medical history only and return to the coaching staff. Physicals can be obtained from any chiropractor or medical doctor. The Clifton Medical Clinic will again offer free sports physicals this summer, just call and set up an appointment for a UIL athletic physical. Please do not wait until the last minute to get this done. High School football, and cross country start practice on August 4th, and HS Volleyball begins August 1st so this needs to be completed as soon as possible.
