The countdown is on! Registration for the 2026–2027 school year begins Tuesday, July 28 in the Clifton High School Cafeteria.
Important Reminder: A parent or legal guardian must be present to complete registration. Students entering grades 6–12 must also attend for academic advising and course schedule planning.

Remember that all athletes need to update UIL forms in Rank One and complete an updated medical history.
All incoming 9th and 11th grade athletes also need an updated physical.
This must be completed to begin football practice on Monday August 3rd.

Any incoming 7-12th grade boy or girl athlete and or parent is welcome.

Attached is the UIL required medical history form. All athletes must update this page. Next year's 8th, 10th, and 12th graders need only fill out the medical history and return to a coach or our trainer. Please return this before summer vacation. Printed forms are also available for pick up by athletes.
