Access Scores Through the Texas Assessment Family Portal

Families may also access results directly by visiting:

TexasAssessment.gov

To log in directly, families will need:

  • The student’s unique access code or PEIMS ID/TSDS ID

  • The student’s date of birth

  • The student’s legal first name

The student access code remains the same from year to year. Families who do not know their student’s access code may contact Clifton High School for assistance.

What Families Can View in the Family Portal

For the spring 2026 STAAR administration, families can view more than an overall score. The Texas Assessment Family Portal allows families to see each test question, the correct answer, a rationale explaining the correct answer and their child’s answer.

The Family Portal also includes information to help identify a student’s academic strengths as well as areas where additional support may be needed. Families can also access learning resources designed to support practice at home and help students focus on the skills where they may need the most support.

Why Reviewing EOC Results Matters

STAAR End-of-Course results help families, students and school staff understand student performance on required course standards. These results may be used to support academic planning, intervention, retesting decisions and graduation readiness conversations.

Clifton High School encourages families to review assessment results and contact the campus with any questions about their student’s academic progress or state assessment performance.
