🍎 Exciting News for #TeamCISD!

Clifton ISD has been approved by the Texas Education Agency for our Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) Local Designation System!

With this approval, we are officially beginning Year 1 of the data collection process during the 2026-2027 school year. This work will utilize Clifton ISD's existing instructional practices and assessment systems to begin the process to recognize our highly effective teachers while supporting student growth, recruitment and retention. 💚

Our local system was developed through collaboration with teachers, campus leaders, district leadership, the Board of Trustees and stakeholders. It reflects our commitment to recognizing excellence, supporting teachers and growing students through the high-quality systems and programs already in place across Clifton ISD.
