In order to participate in UIL activities for the 2026-2027 school year, all student athletes must
1.)  Complete the online paperwork through Rank One (link below). Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, the University Interscholastic League (UIL) requires all students participating in UIL athletics to complete a new Previous Athletic Participation Form (PAPF) screening through Rank One before they are eligible to participate. This form helps determine a student's athletic eligibility based on prior school enrollment and participation. Parents/guardians should complete the required PAPF in Rank One as soon as possible to avoid delays in their student's participation.

Use the flowchart to help navigate the questions based on your family's situation.

2.) All 7th, 9th, and 11th graders must complete the medical history and have an updated physical on the attached form and return to the coaching staff. All 8th, 10th, and 12th graders must complete the medical history only and return to the coaching staff.

Physicals can be obtained from any chiropractor or medical doctor. The Clifton Medical Clinic will again offer free sports physicals this summer, just call and set up an appointment for a UIL athletic physical.

Please do not wait until the last minute to get this done.  High School football, and cross country start practice on August 3rd, and HS Volleyball begins August 1st so this needs to be completed as soon as possible.
