Clifton ISD will be offering in-town bus routes in the mornings only.

If your student does not ride a bus, please proceed to Step 2: Communication

IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE STUDENT ID, PLEASE STOP NOW AND CONTACT THE SCHOOL. PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM WITHOUT THE STUDENT ID.

You can find the student ID on your child's report card or student ID card. Your child should know what their student ID number is as well.
